In Vila Perpétua, Madesu supported the project from end to end: from developing the proposal and securing funding through the Federal District’s Cultural Support Fund (FAC) to executive coordination, dramaturgy development, and final reporting. The work brought together creation, planning, resource management, and execution to transform an idea into a structured and viable project. We led the executive production, overall project management, and dramaturgy development. We structured the creative process, organizing the timeline, research stages, and script development, while coordinating teams and workflows. We also managed the project’s technical, administrative, and financial operations, ensuring its delivery in compliance with the funding program’s guidelines and institutional requirements. Our approach integrates creative development and management, consolidating a production model that combines artistic thinking, administrative responsibility, and a strong commitment to the cultural landscape of Brazil’s Federal District.
